- Cost Centre Spend analysis
- Work closely with cost centre owner to analyze variances between actual and budget built provide commentary to drive gap closure.
- Provide forecast info to management for future trend
- Manufacturing variances analysis
- Purchased Price variances analyze & segregate price variances between FX and actual price variances based of PO price and standard built.
- Production variances analyze & work closely with Planning Production & Warehouse on configuration created on Production Order variances on std BOM vs actual usage backflushed.
- Budget & Forecasting Support
- Build Sub schedule for CC owner on FQ3 & next year Budget based off YTD actual spending
- Validate budget assumption on packaging cost freight cost maintenance expensed inventory EEN Manufacturing supplies etc.
- Responsible for Onyx Consolidation & Planning submission Query
- To validate the differences between migrated SAP on Onyx
- Prepare BS monthly forms in Onyx for disclosure
- Input intercompany balances & transaction
- Clear all Validation errors (especially cashflow as balance check)
- Major P&L items disclosure
- Validate & analyze Key Performance (margin Headcounts order input) & functional P&L trend
- Period End Closing & Reporting
- Monthly Sales & COGS
- Intercompany Reconciliation & clearance of iDoc error with CapG/ Div. Finance.
- Audit Schedules (for statutory audit & tax purpose)
- BS Reconciliation (Internal Control)
- Forex Revaluation
- Journal (Inventory Accrual FIFO IFRS 16
- Restructuring cost tracking
- Prepare Onyx Planning & Consolidation report / analysis 2nd Onyx user after FC)
- Quarterly Onyx manual returns
- Asist FC on providing Tax analysis / schedules for Annual Tax Computation & filling to Malaysia Income Tax Dept.
- Assist on reviewing & enforce Internal Control on AR/AP/GL/Treasury/FA (based of CSA).
- To support Internal Audits and Statutory audits
- To perform any ad hoc task as assigned
Qualifications :
Education:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant experience
Knowledge/Skills:
- Team Player with Positive Mindset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
- The ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
