We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAS Administrator with expertise in managing SAS 9.4 and SAS Viya environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation configuration upgrading and migration of SAS software with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SAS architecture performance tuning and security management.
Job description
- Seeking experienced SAS Administrator with expertise in SAS 9.4 and SAS Viya.
- Proficient in installation configuration upgrades and migrations for both onpremises and cloud platforms.
- Experienced in migrating data code and applications from older SAS versions to SAS Viya addressing compatibility issues.
- Proficient in deploying SAS applications on cloud platforms to enhance scalability security and costeffectiveness including postupgrade testing.
- Skilled in optimizing SAS applications for high performance and user activity by identifying and resolving issues.
- Competent in troubleshooting SAS software issues including installation errors and performance problems collaborating with data professionals to align changes with business goals.
- Works with IT security teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and uphold data integrity and security.
- Experienced with cloud services (AWS Azure Google Cloud) to enhance SAS application performance and scalability.
- Proficient in database management and programming languages for effective data manipulation and application development in cloud environments.
