Wage: Up to $37.73/hr
Shift Options:
- Swing Shift: Alternates weekly between 7:00 AM 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- OR 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Are you an experienced Tooling Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented professional to join our team in Chatham NY. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy handson work this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and contribute to the development of all safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Perform precision machining tasks including milling lathe turning grinding and fine polishing.
- Utilize various metrology equipment and document results accurately.
- Read and interpret mold prints 3D renderings and schematics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems (cylinders motors valve gate hot runner systems).
- Address cooling venting and steel condition issues in injection molding.
- Communicate effectively with processing production and maintenance teams.
- Assist in documenting mold setups and assembly procedures.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks per IQMS module.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of machine shop/mold maintenance experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and hydraulics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with metrology equipment.
- Proficiency with Windowsbased PC programs.
- MIG or TIG welding experience is a plus.
