Job Description

We have a Field Technician vacancy for the upcoming avocado sampling season running from May July 2024. 

Key objectives of the role:

  • Carry out avocado sampling as per standard operating procedures a various orchards throughout Northland. 
  • Sampling is completed in a timely manner to ensure external clients requirements are met / exceeded.
  • Significant driving is required at times.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties ensuring a safe and hazardfree work environment.
  • Act in accordance with the Eurofins Code of Ethics and all other relevant policies and procedures as updated from time to time. 

The will be 13 days of sampling per week depending on sample volume requested 8 24 hours per week)

 


Qualifications :

No qualifications required but you will need to be physically fit for the sampling and driving. Previous sampling experience would be advantageous 

NZ FULL driver license is a must.

All training and vehicle provided for the role.
