About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria)is seeking a talented HR Workforce Development Support Analyst!The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department. He/She will support the Workforce Development Branch in daytoday operations
Responsibilities:- Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the commands supervisory training program and workforce application process for other various WD programs to include maintaining various sites on the portal.
- Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development.
- Assist team members with various aspects of WD training classes such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the various WD Program Managers.
- Prepare written content about various WD programs to be shared with the workforce at large through command releases feature articles and briefs to various organizations.
- Ability to provide WD/training information to the workforce.
- Develop and maintain various metrics.
- Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce.
- Develop and maintain various metrics.
- Create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work.

- Midlevel to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills.
- Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include; Excel Access Word Outlook Power Point.

The projected compensation range for this position is $48000 to $50000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
