Senior Helpers is a NONMEDICAL InHome Client Care Agency that services the community 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Senior Helpers cares for elderly and disabled clients all over the Valley and we are looking for people who love helping other people. We respect your experience and we are also committed to providing the training you need to help you grow your skills. We will match you with clients that need your support daily.
What times are available for work
Shift availability is based on Clients needs. We have several different shift options available:
Morning shift / Day shift /Evening shift / Overnights/ Weekends only/ Flexible schedule
What do Senior Helpers do
As a caregiver you will provide a large variety of services to our clients. These services include:
Grooming (brushing hair painting nails helping use electric razor and dressing) and Oral care (brushing teeth or dentures)
Personal Care: Assisting with Showers Bathing bed side bathing Changing Adult Briefs
Fall Prevention (ensure areas & pathways are clear using gait belts for support assisting in non dead weight transfers)
Nutrition: Preparing home cooked meals and feeding assistance if needed
Alzheimers and Dementia Care
Medication Reminders
Transportation for grocery Shopping/Errands/recreational activities
Light Housekeeping (sweeping mopping dusting kitchens bathrooms bedrooms)
Laundry Assistance
Companionship Interactive care giving as well as emotional support and so much more!
