AOC/IOCAS Instructor/Content Developer Develops maintains and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals objectives tradecraft and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE Training Development Capability (TDC) etc.. Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications provides feedback and assesses for incorporation into training products. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.

AOC/IOCAS Senior Instructor/Content Developer Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct coordination with the AOC/ IOCAS Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members for all aspects of IOCAS course changes and updates; responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for AOCAS.
- Manages the hands on daytoday accountability of AOC/ IOCAS courses instruction and delivery.
- Create course content based on AOCAS Course Manager and Working Group inputs.
- Accountable for creating editing managing and maintaining lesson plans practical exercises testable material (test bank) full Training Support Packages (TSPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Synchronize input from the AOCAS Course Manager and 353T/35T Working Group members.
- Work directly with the AOCAS Course Manager and the 353T/35T Working Group members to assess current and future course material.
- Assists in the development updates and continual evolution of the IOCAS training trajectory courses through working groups emerging technologies and AAR reviews.
- Accountable for instructing providing instruction assistance and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the IOCAS.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and instruction in large and small group settings with units across the enterprise.
- Support exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites) videoteleconferences virtual training sessions team teaching environments and collective active learning environments.
AOC/IOCAS Senior Instructor/Content Developer Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Minimum twelve 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Minimum of 12 years as an MOS 35F (AllSource Analyst) DCGSA or DIS AllSource Analyst or equivalent experience as an AllSource Analyst on DCGSA or DIS spanning MICO BCT DIVCorps level echelons.
- Minimum of 2 years as an instructor on the DCGSA or DIS system.
- Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e. NGA College NSA ADET etc.
- Proficiency in DCGSA or DIS software applications.
- Preferred: Masters degree
- Must attend and graduate DISFC GEP and DISMGC within 12 months
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Instructor/Content Developer activities required to meet mission requirements
- Demonstrates indepth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intraIC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete indirect highly complex seemingly unrelated and / or technically advanced
- Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts organizations and intelligence disciplines
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
- Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing driving collection and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop concise insightful and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
- Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
- Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
