You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently seeking a highly experienced and selfdriven Maintenance Superintendent to lead our maintenance teams in carrying out all aspects of mechanical maintenance activities at our Dawson Mine in Moura QLD.
Working within the maintenance department you will provide leadership strategic direction supervision oversight and a safe working environment to the onsite maintenance team. You will ensure planned maintenance and servicing of site equipment is carried out efficiently and safely following the equipment tactics / strategies with your dedicated maintenance crews in addition you will also be required to manage breakdown events and liaise with your Production counter parts to ensure the safe continued operation.
Your success in this role will come from a combination of technical knowledge strong work management and people management skills to meet the objective of continuing the safety culture of the workforce.
