We are seeking a friendly reliable and detailoriented Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions ensuring a positive shopping experience and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Operate the cash register processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash credit and debit card transactions
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Ensure that products are properly scanned and tagged
Assist with inventory and stock management when needed
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customerfacing role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cashhandling abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Friendly and approachable attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
