Scope of role:
The Fleet Sales Manager oversees the fleet and sales operations for Farizon and Lynk & Co in Greece. This role is responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives that maximize market share in relevant segments. The Fleet Sales Manager ensures sales targets are met by motivating dealers partners and the sales team. Additionally the role requires adherence to International Overseas guidelines and procedures while maintaining strong professional relationships with the International Overseas Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive market sales objectives by guiding dealers and partners ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines and overseeing fleet and sales operations in Greece.
- Develop and manage the sales network including vehicle orders pricing strategies and accurate sales forecasting.
- Increase market share by enhancing LCV and passenger fleet and retail sales while fostering dealer and brand loyalty.
- Lead sales activities with major accounts negotiating prices and discounts in collaboration with BRAND and dealers.
- Manage and develop the sales team communicate performance regularly and adapt sales policies to align with BRAND International guidelines.
- Contribute to the management team to achieve yearly targets and develop the longterm company strategy.
Requirements - Senior management experience in the automotive industry including LCV with indepth knowledge of the Greek market (passenger & LCV).
- Expertise in direct and fleet sales of both LCV and passenger vehicles including dealing with operational leasing companies.
- Strong understanding of sales management and overall profit centers in the automotive business.
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to travel.
- Valid driving license.
