Job Description
- Provide excellent fitness experiences that are safe effective and are in line with our members goals;
- Provide members guests and team members with exceptional service to enhance their sense of belonging and community within the club;
- Meet individual revenue/training goals and contribute to the overall financial success of the department club and company;
- Work in partnership with the other members of the NB Fitness Club team and contribute to the efficient running of the daytoday operations of the department and club.
- Lead some of the strength and conditioning classes throughout the week (Life Conditioning Program)
- Have the ability to earn upwards of $70K per year
- Help improve members lives through safe and proven effective exercise programming
- Have the opportunity to train clients privately and lead a variety of small group training programs
