We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join bphas In House Maintenance Service who make a difference to our customers lives everyday by delivering a highquality repairs service designed around them.
We operate across Bedfordshire Oxfordshire Buckinghamshire Cambridgeshire Northamptonshire and surrounding areas and we utilise the latest technology to ensure that we not only deliver a great experience for our customers but for our colleagues as well.

Working to a rotating shift pattern of 40 hours per week with some weekend working
What you will be doing:
Responsible for adhering to all systems policies procedures processes documentation and record keeping requirements in relation to SHEQ fleet and tools
Responsible for delivering a positive experience for our customers whilst working within their homes achieving a highlevel of firsttime fix
Responsible for applying your technical knowledge skills and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe efficient manner
You will strive to improve your firsttime fix rate by maintaining adequate approved van stock levels
To undertake additional duties commensurate with the level of this role as required
Wed love to meet someone with:
A strong demonstrable commitment to excellence in customer service
Excellent knowledge of plastering and associated tasks within a domestic home and communal areas with proven experience is diagnosing repairing and resolving issues
NVQ level 2 or higher in Plastering/Wet trades or similar
Full clean driving licence
Good and relevant health and safety knowledge
An organised approach to work selfmotivated with a positive attitude and able to manage time effectively and efficiently
