Job Description

We are seeking a Class Action Associate Attorney for a leading employment law firm in Beverly Hills. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for employee rights in complex class action cases while working in a supportive clientfocused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage class action cases from start to finish including legal research drafting pleadings and trial preparation.
  • Communicate with clients providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions briefs and other documents.
  • Handle discovery including drafting and responding to requests.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings including hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in class action litigation preferably in employment law.
  • Licensure: Active California State Bar membership.
  • Skills: Strong legal research writing and communication skills with attention to detail and organization.
