Job Description:
We are looking for Czechspeaking Content Moderators to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring usergenerated content ensuring it complies with established platform policies and community guidelines.
The position involves working with sensitive and potentially disturbing content so a high level of resilience and professionalism is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review usergenerated content to ensure it meets the platforms policies and standards.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content when necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe online environment by enforcing community guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel Czech and good English (B2.
- Ability to work with sensitive content and maintain a professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Eu passport or valid work permit
