Responsibilities:
- Own and drive sales opportunities within the Americas sales team targeting new business in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas leveraging the companys industryleading fintech solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives guiding them in their digital transformation journey.
- Lead endtoend sales cycles from opportunity identification to closing large software agreements $1M ARR).
- Forecast and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities ensuring strategic alignment with company growth objectives.
- Work in a fastpaced collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and innovation.
- Report directly to the Regional VP of Sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of quotacarrying sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- 5 years selling to Wealth Managers and Private Banks with an indepth understanding of industry dynamics.
- Strong network and industry connections within Wealth Management and Private Banking.
- Ability to craft tailored digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating large enterprise software deals.
- Strategic thinker with a problemsolving mindset and a passion for innovation.
