Job Description

We are currently looking SAP Business Objects Banking T24 our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Job Description:

An experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple critical projects in parallel including Core Banking T24 Upgrade CRM implementation and Mobile App development along with other internal IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management Applications vendor management and requirements gathering and will work closely with business users vendors and IT teams to ensure timely delivery and highquality outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Experience: 5 years of experience in IT project management preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

* Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).

* Technical Skills:

* Strong understanding of Core Banking Systems SAP Business Objects CRM platforms and Mobile App development.

* Experience with SIT and UAT processes and tools.

* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Asana or similar).

* Soft Skills:

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

* Manage multiple projects in parallel ensuring timely and quality delivery of all initiatives.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans timelines and deliverables for each project.

* Track and monitor project progress ensuring adherence to scope timelines and budgets.

* Prepare and present daily status reports and weekly status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

* Facilitate effective communication between internal teams vendors and stakeholders.

Vendor Management:

* Oversee vendor engagements contracts and deliverables.

* Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivery of agreedupon services.

* Evaluate vendor performance and escalate concerns as necessary.

* Requirements Gathering:

* Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business users to ensure clear documentation of needs and expectations.

* Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and implementation teams.

* Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.

* Testing and Quality Assurance:
