Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing employment mental health services and more.
What to expect.
This is an opportunity to be responsible for the overall operations and management of Sheppard Pratts Timonium Residential Rehabilitation Program services. You will oversee the overall mental health and wellbeing of the clients that the program serves.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensuring your programs mission and services are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining compliance with government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations.
- Supervising program staff and identifying training needs based on trends and developments in direct care for mental health treatment.
- Managing program budgets.

The pay range for this position is $51500 minimum to $74263 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- This position requires one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High school diploma and 5 years of experience.
- Associate degree and 4 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- A drivers license with 3points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
- Requires oncall flexibility.
- Candidates must possess or be able to obtain the CPRP (Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner) certification by July 1st 2025.
