Job Designation Provides customer service support and prioritization for team through best practices. Acting as the Point of Contact for a group of assigned accounts they will also be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and accountable for all customerfacing activities and duties including but not limited to; P.Oreview bookings RMAs credits reports followup/status and resolution/relationshipmanagement. As a major contributor to the achievement of our annual goals this role requires that the Account Specialist work collaboratively with all departments within our organization.
Job Core Responsibilities Manage Aftermarket customer accounts; quoting repairorder review bookings credits returns reports followup/status resolution/relationshipmanagement. Collaborate with all teams to hit goals and deliverables. Work closely with SupplyChain Operations Quality and Trade Compliance in order to ensure all customer requirements and commitments are met. Participate in process improvement initiatives as required with their respective customer base. Maintain execute and train on/to documented Standard Work.
Field of Study/Area of Experience: 2 years of experience in MRO customerService/Inside Sales Aerospace/Aviation AfterMarket or a combination thereof. SAP and SalesForce a PLUS Must be computer proficent especially in Excel
