Compensation:
- Daily Rate: $235 $270 (based on experience and client)

Actual Homecare LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable LiveIn Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our dedicated team. This is a fulltime livein role offering a high daily rate where you will provide essential care to our clients and assist them with daily activities while ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct handson care according to the specific needs of the client
- Assist with daily living activities fostering client independence where possible
- Monitor and record clients health status where needed reporting any significant changes to supervisors
- Maintain a safe clean and comfortable living environment for clients
- Offer emotional support companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Communicate effectively with clients family members and other healthcare professionals
- Keep detailed and accurate records of care and services provided
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification from an accredited program
- Must own a car and have a valid drivers license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
- Ability to work livein with flexibility in scheduling
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
