Key job responsibilities
In this role you will collaborate with the team and drive the successful accomplishment of the following activities:
1. Dive deep into technical systems developing a comprehensive understanding and staying connected to the details.
2. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering and product management to define project goals requirements and deliverables.
3. Define strategies and build and execute roadmaps for the programs across ABMA charters.
4. Track and communicate program progress risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across PSME for analytical initiatives you run.
6. Work with internal teams to deliver defined requirements driving automation and operational efficiencies.
About the team
We are central Amazon Business Marketing Analytics (ABMA) team for WW AB Marketing team. Our vision is to simplify and accelerate data driven decision making for AB Marketing by providing cost effective easy & timely access to high quality data. Our core responsibilities towards AB marketing includes a) providing systems(infrastructure) & workflows that allow ingestion storage processing and querying of data b) building readytouse datasets for easy and faster access to the data c) automating standard business analysis / reporting/ dashboarding d) empowering business with selfservice tools for deep dives & insights seeking. The value construct of these capabilities is to enhance the speed of business decisionmaking by reducing the effort & time to access actionable data.
5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
