Compensation
Average annual earnings of $70000 to $123000. This position offers a base hourly wage starting at minimum wage up to $17.25 per hour plus commissions. Commission earnings vary based on performance.
About the Role Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor you are the face of our service department ensuring customers have a seamless and exceptional experience. You will:
- Be the first point of contact for customers in the service lane.
- Communicate effectively about service options repair needs and maintenance plans.
- Coordinate technician schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide toptier customer service by explaining repairs answering questions and delivering an efficient highquality experience.
No prior automotive experience No problem! We welcome candidates with customer service retail hospitality or restaurant industry backgrounds.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Takeownership of the customer experience and uphold Mossys high service standards.
- Provideconciergelevel support for customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Advise customers onservice estimates and repair costs ensuring transparency and trust.
- Efficiently distribute work amongtechnicians to maintain productivity.
- Perform afinal quality check to ensure all repairs and services are completed as promised.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and a friendly personality
- Proven ability tomanage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellenttime management and problemsolving skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor with a wellgroomed appearance
- Valid CA drivers license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass apreemployment background check and drug screening
- Basic understanding ofvehicle systems (preferred but not required)
