Job Description
The Nautilus Nantucket is looking for a dedicated and passionate front of house manager to join our team. Pay is salary based highly competitive and dependent on experience but includes paid time off health benefits and access to dental and vision benefits as well.
Successful Candidates will have a love for hospitality be a team player and thrive in an energetic atmosphere. They will enjoy building relationships with their team and guests and are enthusiastic about restaurant culture and continued education for employees.Responsibilities will include being one of the main faces of the business greeting guests on a nightly basis floor management during service overseeing schedules and organizing and planning nightly reservations training and development of staff and helping to improve our systems and culture. If youre fun hardworking and love servin up delicious food and drinks hit us up we want to meet you!
Experience is preferred and night and weekend availability is required.
