Join Our Dynamic OB/GYN Team in La Crosse Wisconsin

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic and compassionate OB/GYN team at Gundersen Health System (becoming Emplify Health). In this role you will work alongside 17 physician colleagues in a practice that is a combination of both clinic and OR time with a shared equitable call schedule. Our wellestablished certified nurse midwife (CNM) practice has been an integral part of our team for over 40 years providing comprehensive maternity care and collaborating closely with our OB/GYN team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

This position is supported by a wide range of resources advanced technology and a collaborative environment that will empower you to deliver exceptional care. Below are just a few of the features of our practice and hospital that help create an enriching work experience:

• State of the art OR suites equipped with the Da Vinci Surgical System.
• Comprehensive labor and delivery unit with 15 beds and an OB unit with 16 beds.
• Nursery 14 beds.
• 24hour in house anesthesia coverage ensuring continuous support for obstetric and surgical cases.
• Level III NICU with 18 beds to support our most vulnerable patients.
• Onsite sonographers for convenience and enhanced care.
• Stable patient population supported by a strong referral network.
• Family Medicine OB Fellowship this collaborative fellowship is supported by a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYN and family medicine faculty providing a rich environment for learning and mentorship.
• Average clinic census of 1820 patients per day.

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multistate region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students residents fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
