JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CT Technologist performs a variety of computerized tomographic procedures under the supervision of the Radiologist utilizing knowledge of ionizing radiation and computer techniques.
Our CT Tech demonstrates concern for patients and coworkers always.
CT Technologist is one who successfully acquired certification in CT.
EDUCATION:
Graduate from school of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT.
Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) CT certification required.
This position requires verification of your college transcript. Please be prepared to provide a copy should you be invited for an interview
SCHEDULE:
The standard shift for this position is 10am8pm on weekdays and weekend shifts are 3pm1am. Every other weekend required. While a call is not required at this time this may change if the need arises.
Requirements
Required:
- Graduate from school of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) certification with advanced certification in CT.
- Rad Tech experience
Nice to have:
- Level I trauma center experience.
- Experience starting IVs.
- Experience with Philips CT technology.
- Experience with Epic EMR.
- Experience with Visage PACS system.
