This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Parttime 10 hours weekly) Monday to Friday. 9am to 5 PM. You can call anytime during those time.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists
- Engage prospects with compelling conversations following established scripts
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales manager to demonstrate products
- Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes in the company s spreadsheet system
- Track appointment status and provide regular updates on campaign progress
- Meet or exceed weekly appointmentsetting targets
- Provide feedback on script effectiveness and lead quality
Requirements
- Located in South America (for optimal time zone alignment with US Eastern Time)
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural engaging conversation flow
- Experience with spreadsheets for tracking information and outcomes
- Reliable highspeed internet connection and quiet distractionfree workspace
- Previous experience in appointment setting cold calling or sales preferred
- Selfmotivated with strong time management skills
- Available to work 10 hours weekly primarily during US Eastern Time business hours
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on both call quantity and quality
