Looking for qualified NJ certified teachers to lead academic enrichment and social activities for youth in an afterschool program and/or summer program that serves 3rd8th grade in North and East Camden. The incumbent will provide ELA and Math Remediation instruction develop projectbased learning clubs and activities that are culturally responsive and relevant to the needs and lived experiences of the community served and include a strong focus on developing youths social and emotional skills. The position will also be responsible for managing a cohort of education ambassadors (Rutgers undergraduate staff) collecting data for 21st CCLC reporting purposes assisting with student/family recruitment and retention social media posts and planning activities during family engagement nights. Will also be required to help chaperone field trips and attend monthly professional development opportunities.
