Location
This position is a fulltime position and is based in our Kidlington England office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support employees with HR topics (LOAs benefits compensation); escalate issues as needed.
- Recruit interview and hire qualified candidates; collaborate with managers on required skills.
- Enhance job satisfaction through issue resolution new perks and teambuilding activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and employment laws; develop and implement HR policies.
- Track and document compliance programs (training certifications etc..
- Oversee employee orientation and initial paperwork.
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs.
- Administer HR programs (compensation benefits leave disciplinary matters etc..
- Handle employmentrelated inquiries; refer complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Participate in disciplinary meetings terminations and investigations.
- Assist with annual performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and best practices.
- Stay updated on HR trends best practices and regulatory changes.
- Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations.

- A minimum of at least one year of human resource management experience preferred
