About the Role:
As a Customer Care Representative youll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with inquiries scheduling appointments and guiding them through their automotive journey. Youll play a key role in generating leads ensuring toptier customer service and driving company growth.
Your DaytoDay:
Answer inbound calls & emails professionally
Identify customer needs & provide tailored solutions
Schedule service & sales appointments 15 followups per hour)
Respond to internet leads
Collaborate with Sales & Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
What Were Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) Highly Preferred!
Customer service experience & a passion for helping people
Strong communication & problemsolving skills
Ability to stay calm positive & professional under pressure
CRM experience (preferred but not required)
Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed
