What Youll Do - Efficiently coordinate events scheduling and logistics.
- Engage and empower leadership skills and advocacy confidence.
- Maintain records and track program budgets.
- Serve as a key communication link for participants families and partners.
- Champion a culture of environmental stewardship.
What You Bring - At least one year of handson experience in project management and administrative support including event coordination.
- Six 6 monthsof experience in education science environmental science or a related field.
- Strong problemsolving skills proactive decisionmaking and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (MS Teams Zoom).
- A passion for animals conservation and fostering an inclusive work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to consistently speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication witha public audience.
- Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization on foot.
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors under all environmental conditions and temperatures.
- Grasp turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and handeye coordination.
- Ability to transport and move items for short distances and or up to 10 pounds occasionally without difficulty.
- Exceptional visual acuity is required along with the ability to communicate comprehend and decipher/hear information accurately using a twoway radio.
- Manual dexterity for typing writing standing reaching flexibility and body movement for bending crouching walking kneeling stoop bend lift and prolonged standing/sitting.
- Visual and auditory acuity appropriate for animal care safety and to discern differences for computer screens documents and/or labels.
