Life as a Sales Manager:
As a Sales Manager with Candlewood Suites Erlanger KY you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients meeting their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to success.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Opera Cloud experience is a plus
- Front Desk coverage if needed

In your initial phase you will familiarize yourself with the hotels sales objectives market positioning and client base. Youll actively contribute to the development and of strategic sales plans working closely with your team to drive revenue growth.
