Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products using gauges calipers coordinate measuring machine scales and vision.
- Approves inprocess production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement inspections; and communicating findings to supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for rework; and confirming rework.
- Document inspection results by completing checklists reports and logs; summarizing rework and s; inputting data into quality database.
- Verify quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Packages items and prepares them for outbound shipping.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
- Any other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- US Person or a nonUS Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude
Physical Requirements:
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequently lift or move 10 lbs. and occasionally lift or move 30 lbs.
