We know that first impressions sell homes and were looking for a Staging Manager who can make our listings shine. If you love design thrive in a fastpaced environment and arent afraid to roll up your sleeves (or drive a moving truck) this might be your perfect job.
As our Staging Manager youll be the mastermind behind transforming our listings into magazineworthy homes that attract buyers and maximize value. Youll lead the charge on all things stagingdesigning coordinating moving and making magic happen. This is a handson role with zero time for desk jockeys. Youll be out in the field daily overseeing staging projects coordinating logistics and ensuring every listing looks its absolute best.
What Youll Do
- Stage Homes to Sell Create stunning buyerfriendly spaces that maximize property value.
- Project Management Oversee staging timelines manage logistics and keep multiple projects on track.
- Vendor Coordination Work with furniture rental companies movers cleaners and contractors to perfect spaces and execute flawless staging.
- HandsOn Work Lift carry rearrange furniture and make sure every last detail is perfect.
- Drive Our Staging Van Safely transport staging furniture and dcor to and from listings.
- Inventory Management Maintain and organize our staging inventory.
- Client & Agent Collaboration Work closely with agents and sellers to tailor each staging to the home and target buyer.
- Interior Design Expertise You have an eye for style and know how to make a home look amazing.
- Project Management Skills You can juggle multiple listings timelines and vendors without missing a beat.
- Physically Capable This job requires lifting carrying and moving furniture. (Think of it as your daily workout.
- Drivers License Comfort Behind the Wheel Youll drive our sprinter van to listings.
- ProblemSolving Mindset Things dont always go as planned but you know how to pivot and make it work.
