You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUnder the general supervision of the ADCS Office of Licensing and Regulation (OLR) Child Welfare Licensing Manager this position is responsible for managing a unit dedicated to investigating licensing issues of Child Welfare Agencies statewide. This position implements a model of management that engages staff promotes internal and external collaboration and retains a knowledgeable and committed team. This position hires orients and trains staff in alignment with the agency mission values and philosophy. Supports and promotes the Arizona Management System assesses staffs performance provides coaching support and mentoring and is responsible for understanding licensing rule and the various functions of OLR.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Bachelors or Masters degree in social work business or public administration a social or behavioral science or other acceptable field
Management experience. At least 3 years of child welfare experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
The ability to secure and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and the ability to secure and maintain clearance from the DCS Central Registry.
This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job to conduct State business then the following requirements apply:Drivers License Requirements.
