Job Description
The Role:
The ideal candidate will assist the restaurant manager to ensure the smooth daytoday running of the hotels beverage service and to satisfy customers by consistently providing an efficient service
We are looking for an enthusiastic reliable individual who is passionate about hospitality and willing to learn as part of this growing team
Duties to include:
- Manage the day to day operation of the beverage department.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and ensure all team members do the same.
- Identify provide and evaluate departmental learning and development.
- Monitor and comply with all Company and legal statutory requirements.
- Preparation and service of drinks.
- Ordering and stock control

Bailiffgate House has served as a commissioners residence a school and now it is being transformed into a luxurious 48room hotel with a bar and the Motte & Bailey Restaurant.
