About this job
We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with consulting expertise in health policy or healthcare innovation to join our Health and Life Science Team to work (mostly) on European projects.
The team is delivering policy studies and evaluations relating to: biomedical research & innovation; healthy ageing; digital health; global health research; health system strengthening and/or innovation in medicine development.
Attached to our French office you will be working with our Groups Health and Life Science on projects for the European Commission and contributing to the sale and delivery of European studies and evaluations of R&D programmes socioeconomic impact assessments of public health legislations and policies innovation in health systems and services or health system strengthening programme including in emerging countries. You will be also called for working with French clients.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated strong project management skills analytical skills excellent written and verbal communication an ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to our core values of quality and integrity. A demonstration of strong business development experience will be an advantage. A practical knowledge of evaluation principles and methods is essential.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years relevant project management experience either in a consulting environment or an equivalent role in the charity sector government department or related agency.
More specifically you must have:

- An academic background in health policy health economics public health or similar (Masters level) or a working experience of 4 years in the health sector
- An ability to propose sell and lead / manage policy studies and evaluations
- A good command of qualitative and / or quantitative evaluation methods A
- An ability to write well and to a professional standard in French and in English
- Selfmotivation intellectual curiosity and an ability to work independently and across different disciplines
- A willingness to travel within Europe and outside Europe (Africa Latin America) and work in international teams
- An ability to interpret data present and synthesise information from a variety of sources
- A proficient user of analysis packages such as STATA or NVivo
- A highlevel of proficiency in the manipulation of large healthrelated data sets
- An understanding of theorybased or realist evaluation methods
- An ability to prioritise and multitask and work under strict deadlines
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Proficiency in both French and English
Your responsibilities
Help to grow the Health and Life Sciences practice at Technopolis France. Identify and support business development and marketing opportunities on the European Commission market (DG SANTE HADEA) and French health market (Ministry of Health Health Regional Agency etc)
Manage larger work packages or smaller projects and teams. Design and contribute to delivery of highquality policy evaluations.
Ensure individual assignments are delivered to plan (insightful high quality and on time)
Lead / strongly contribute on the preparation and presentation of study reports
Support peers in the delivery of their work.
