Job Description
Classroom Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Be Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to
ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
Be Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe assess and plan
for children as well as effectively communicate with families.
Be Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training that provides insight
on child care preschool and development topics.
Be Creative! Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating
fun interactive learning experiences for the children.
Be Positive! Promote the positive image of the company and play a key
role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we
serve. Greet new and existing families with a smile.
Be Teamoriented! Be prepared to help out in all areas as needed.
Be YOU! We are all unique and bring different skills to the table. Be yourself
and showcase your talents.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent CDA or Associate degree preferred
Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school
requirements.
Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with
children.
