We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our central reservations team usually based at our global office on Cromwell Road SW7.
The successful candidate will have experience from a luxury customer service environment a background from a luxury 4 or 5 star hotel or serviced apartments in a reservations or front office setting would be an ideal match for this opportunity. Given the nature of our business which is growing rapidly and specifically in the middle east the ideal candidate for this position will be multilingual and the ability to speak Arabic fluently is desirable.
As part of a team you will be dealing with a high number of reservations enquiries via telephone email and WhatsApp. You will provide an exemplary level of service and build relationships with our customers agents and corporate clients to ensure enquires are converted into Cheval. You will also maintain strong relationships with the operations across the Cheval portfolio.
