Job Description
Our client is looking for a Network Construction Manager who will be responsible for the daytoday administrative activities of the fiber Network Construction team including creating POs creating CMs reviewing invoices for accuracy reviewing splice packages from Fiber Engineering and fiber splicing within the assigned geographic area. The position will work with all team members on improving the quality of the billing processes deliverables and the endtoend splicing process. Common activities will involve area data identification collection analysis and reporting; along with understanding operational business functions and processes.
This position supports Network Construction Implementation team with assigned tasks projects and could include but is not limited to the following: correspondence administrative tasks (POs CMs & Invoicing) tracking project deliverables dates and monitoring deadlines provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise.
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities:
Prepares and submits purchase orders and processes contractor invoices for splicing functions.
Assists with project financials and milestone management such as forecasting issuing and receiving on vendor POs invoicing on customer POs tracking and resolving past due invoices.
Provide additional administrative support as required.
Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status.
Develops progress reports tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles.
Assists with ad hoc reporting requests.
Review splice packages and distribute as necessary
Communicate with vendors concerning splicing work and Billing
Order police for splicing activity
Understanding service delivery and small cell requirements for close out packages.
Experience/Minimum Requirements: Minimum five 5 of telecommunications/wireless construction management experience.
Working Conditions:Candidate will be working onsite in the Doral Fl location
