EARTHRES a Division of RESPEC seeks an organized proactive Project / Business Development Coordinator to support our fastgrowing engineering consulting firms growth initiatives and project administration processes for our Pipersville location. This role involves coordinating business development activities supporting the administration of all phases of projects and facilitating effective communication between clients consultants and internal team members. The ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the engineering consulting environment. Primary activities include but are not limited to:
Business Development Support
- Identify and track potential business opportunities markets and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare compelling proposals presentations and qualification packages.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Coordinate client meetings networking events and outreach activities.
Project Administration Coordination
- Support administrative activities across all project phases: opportunities initiation planning monitoring and closeout within the Firms ERP system.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts subconsultant agreements correspondence and progress reports.
- Assist in tracking and modifying project timelines plans and budgets.
- Coordinate resource planning meetings prepare agendas record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination among project managers subcontractors and internal project teams.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Support the tracking of project budgets and financial reporting.
- Facilitate vendor and subconsultant contract management and coordination.
- Provide general administrative assistance related to scheduling correspondence and data management.

Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in business administration marketing engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development coordination project administration or administrative roles within an engineering architecture or consulting firm is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and CRM/project administration software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
