Job Description
The Asset Management Engineer is responsible to maintain and ensure the infrastructure required in the companys IT asset management service. This role ensures the delivery of highquality service drives continuous improvement and aligns IT services with business needs.
- Define/ implement and maintain organizationwide processes application interrelationships and entities to seamlessly integrate with the organizations governance and performance objectives.
- Coordination of IT asset related data collection systems processes and integrations that optimize IT asset data quality.
- Ensure processes and standards are met by operating in the location database
- ITIL specific activities testing and debugging responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- University degree or comparable experience.
- 1 year of experience in ITIL and Service Management
- High selfmotivation and continuous improvement drive.
- Customerorientation.
- Experience working in a teamoriented organization within a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English speaking and writing.
- Experience in working with Asset Management systems (Service Now Remedy etc.
- Experience in working with databases (Oracle/ SQL/ MS Access) represents a plus.
- Scripting skills represents a plus.
