Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Bengaluru


Job Summary:

The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties including managing office supplies coordinating communications and assisting the HR department. This role requires a friendly professional demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle office bills (electricity courier rent) and ensure timely payments and filings.
  • Sort and redistribute incoming documents including memos invoices and couriers.
  • Monitor office supply stock levels and submit requisitions to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Track outgoing couriers and ensure timely handovers to courier personnel. Follow up on any delivery issues.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure all visitors are signed in/out appropriately.
  • Provide support by printing documents for the Managing Director (MD) and other employees as needed.

Attendance & HR Support:

  • Maintain and update both the digital and physical attendance tracker for employees.
  • Provide assistance to the HR department with various administrative tasks and documentation as needed.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and manage the office activity calendar for various events ensuring effective planning and .
  • Ensure smooth handling of office celebrations including postcelebration requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc..
  • Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive friendly and professional attitude.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
