Job Description
A supportive Girls School in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated Physical Education Teacher with a specialism in female sports and activities. We are looking for an individual committed to promoting girls participation and achievement in sports.
About Our Learning Community:
Our school fosters a positive environment for girls physical development and provides excellent sporting facilities.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and ALevel.
- Develop and implement lesson plans focusing on a range of sports and physical activities with a specialism in girls sports.
- Facilitate studentled sports activities competitions and training sessions.
- Assess student progress through practical assessments and written evaluations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the PE curriculum.
- Organize and lead extracurricular sports clubs and teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education.
- Specialism and passion for female sports and activities.
- Strong communication interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to inspire and encourage girls to participate in sports.
