Job Description
Based in our local office supporting the CSR Audit Manager and the rest of the team you will do everything to ensure that our Ethical Audit programs consistently exceed our clients expectations and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
You will be expected to:
- Review audit reports to ensure quality and thoroughness.
- Prepare training documents for global teams.
- Evaluate auditors performance.
- Communicate report issues and recommendations to the certification team.
- Follow up on necessary corrective actions.
- Manage technical expertise.
- Manage client programs.
- Prepare and participate in KPI meetings with customers as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications :
In order to succeed in this role you have:
- Technical expertise in Quality Compliance or related fields.
- Strong command of English (spoken written reading).
- Experience of social audits onsite auditing
- Know your way around the MS Office Suite
- A university degree ideally related to Labor Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
3 years of experience in the ethical compliance industry as auditor and/or managing audit activity
