Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: The Center For Refugee Health
Address: 222 Alexander St 4th Floor Rochester NY 14607 United States
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8 hours Days (Monday Friday)
Pay Rate: $31/hr (W2 $33/hr 1099
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a compassionate and detailoriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at The Center For Refugee Health. The LPN will play a vital role in providing medical care and support to refugee patients assisting in health screenings vaccinations and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities:- Assist in patient assessments vital signs and medical history documentation.
- Administer medications immunizations and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Provide wound care and assist with minor medical procedures.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Work collaboratively with physicians RNs and other healthcare professionals.
- Active LPN license in the state of New York
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
