Job Title: HR Support Clerk

Location: Newton MA 02459

Duration: 5 Months assignment (possibility of extension/conversion)

Pay Rate: $19.80/HR on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Assistance: Support HR projects such as process improvements policy development and HR system implementation.

  • Reporting: Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR team.

What Were Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of HR practices laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to take on diverse HR tasks and projects.
