Position: Group Head IT
Location: Kolkata Sector V)
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech
Post Qualification Experience: 10 years in the Manufacturing Industry.
Role objective: This role is central to ensuring the organization remains competitive
efficient and secure in a technologydriven environment.

Job Role:
1.IT Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement the company's IT strategy aligned with business
goals.
Create and manage the IT budget ensuring costeffective use of resources.
2. Infrastructure Management
Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure
including networks servers and databases.
Ensure reliable and secure operation of hardware software and
communication systems.
3. ERP and Business Applications
Implement and manage ERP systems ensuring seamless integration with
business processes.
Oversee customization and upgrades of businesscritical applications to meet
operational needs.
4. Cybersecurity and Data Protection
Develop and enforce IT policies to safeguard company data and systems.
5. Team Leadership and Development
Develop strong inhouse IT team
Encourage innovation and promote a problemsolving culture within the IT
department.
6. Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Identify the right vendors and manage relationships with IT vendors
consultants and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of IT services and products.
Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align IT
initiatives with business needs.
7. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
