Job Description
Jellyfish is looking to bring on an Integrated Producer. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting one of our key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver internal and consumerfacing crossmedia (print digital and TV) and production solutions for all Communications
- Manage partners internally and externally as a clientfacing role
- Provide progress updates and escalating
- Understanding of production trends costs and wow
- Lead budget management and cost negotiations at multiple production levels of 500k million Euros per production.
- Bids estimates cost negotiations PO management & tracking production costs
- Handle egal clearances insurance and usage rights
- Manage multiple production timelines and achieve time in full
- Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking docs
- Ensure paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the .
- Final reconciliations including archiving
- Understand enforce any compliance to policies
- Uphold and enforce high standards for all deliverables
- Production resource network music management postproduction
- Compliance & Governance of client wow and guidelines
- Understand the line and partnership between two organisations
- Cascade Jellyfish business communication and implementation Jellyfish processes
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture
Qualifications :
- Experience managing complex highprofile projects in a creative or production environment.
- Expertise in social production workflows. Digital and broadcast is a bonus.
- Financial knowledge with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g. Wrike and Google Sheets).
- Adept at building strong relationships with internal teams clients and external vendors.
- Experience in management including preproduction onset coordination and postproduction.
- Familiarity with emerging production technologies and trends in digital media.
- Knowledge of content production for platforms like TikTok Instagram and YouTube.
