- Be part of the IT Customer Service Agile Release Train (ART) collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions in the customer service domain.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure seamless implementation of SAP Project Systems (PS) and Customer Service (CS) modules.
- Document solution designs functional specifications and implementation plans while adhering to change management processes.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional and technical teams to execute various testing activities including unit testing integration testing regression testing and test automation.
- Support business operations by troubleshooting and resolving issues during hypercare and ongoing system support.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) and Customer Service (CS) modules.
- Expertise in SAP Customer Service processes including service notifications service orders repair orders warranties service contracts installed base management and thirdparty/inhouse repairs.
- Strong knowledge of Resource Related Billing (DIP) consignment processes and timewriting.
- Experience in SAP PS implementation with at least 7 years in SAP PS and 4 fullcycle implementations completed.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA PS (Project Management) with expertise in SAP ECC EHP versions.
- Handson experience in SAP PS reporting structures integration with SAP EPPM CATS DMS and other modules like SAP SD SAP MM.
- Ability to facilitate SAP PS implementations analyze business requirements and provide system solutions.
- Experience handling ABAP developments enhancements smart forms reports and data migration in SAP PS.
