This is an onsite position that can be located at either our Aurora CO or King of Prussia PA locations (OR JUST ONE LOCATION). Position Overview:
This position is for anInfrastructure/DevOps Engineer. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition youll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented members at ARKA. We welcome applicants at varying experience levels.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard charging selfstarter that is able to come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a strong understanding of IaC containerization automated test and deployment pipelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Kubernetes administration and deployment particularly in AWS (EKS)
- Proven experience delivering microservices in Kubernetesbased systems
- Experience with using Helm charts to deploy software to Kubernetes clusters
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud and Kubernetes environments
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 IAM Route 53 ECR
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform CloudFormation)
- Experience with GitLab for building CI/CD pipelines
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g. Bash Python GitHub workflows)
- Experience with container tools (Docker Podman) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of observability tools like Prometheus Grafana or similar
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security CISSP or CASP)
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with application and OS level security (i.e. remediating Tenable Nessus scan results)
- Experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda/ECS or Azure Functions
- Experience in the operational deployment of multiproduct baselines and functionality
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams
Pay Range: $115000 $170000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a casebycase basis and may vary based on the following considerations: jobrelated knowledge and skills education and experience.
Location:
This position is based out of ARKAs King of Prussia PA campus. Situated less than an hour outside of Philadelphia and hosting the largest mall on the east coast King of Prussia offers the urban feel sought in the city while also giving opportunities to experience the beauty and history found only in Pennsylvania.
