At Digital Hands were dedicated to fortifying cybersecurity for organizations everywhere. Were on the lookout for a proactive IT Security First Responder to be the frontline defender in our Digital Hands Security Operations Center. This is an onsite fulltime position at our Tampa Headquarters.

Things Youll Do

• Respond to Incidents: Handle inbound support calls triage alerts and manage incident tickets using our service management platform.
• Monitor Systems: Vigilantly watch for alerts across security and network infrastructures responding swiftly to health and availability notifications.
• Analyze Threats: Utilize SIEM platforms and endpoint security solutions to identify and address potential security threats implementing necessary firewall blocks.
• Run Analytical Queries:Dive into SIEM platforms and endpoint security solutions running queries to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Engage with Customers: Communicate effectively via email and phone ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Drive Improvements: Seek opportunities to refine processes enhancing both security measures and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree or 13 years in an IT role with a solid understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with network protocols (TCP UDP etc. security equipment (firewalls routers) and antivirus solutions.
• Certifications: A Security Network or equivalent certifications are a plus.
